THis program will not work with Windows 7- 64 bit. 'Unhandled Exception Has Occurred Error' each time I try to add a picture bto work with it.

Will not work with Windows 7 -64 bit. I get a "Unhandled Exception Has Occurred Error" each time I try to load a picture to work with it.
